We hoped to mostly carry on as normal however, following Government advice, unfortunately we will be closing the shop to the public after close of business tonight (23rd March). This is for the safety of both our customers and our staff. We will review this on a regular basis and hope to re-open as soon as it is safe to do so.

We ask that all customers contact us via email as we may be working reduced hours so do not want to miss your call.

Once again we apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we hope you can understand our decision.

Stay safe everyone, and from all of us at Bristol Channel, we wish you the best in the coming weeks.

Bristol Channel Diving Services is a HSE SCUBA approved training school, one of only 8 in the UK, as well as a PSAI and SDI & TDI dive centre and retail outlet based in Cardiff, South Wales. We give a bespoke service tailored to your diving needs, offering a comprehensive range of courses from beginner to professional level, onward to technical and rebreather training, as well as an in-house test centre and workshop which caters for equipment servicing, repairs and cylinder testing.

We specialise in working with media companies around the world, providing a one stop solution and the right advice on underwater projects and diving support for their productions. We have been very successful in this respect - having to our credits the diving safety for Blue Planet 2 amongst other productions. 125 shoots in 39 countries with 6000 hours underwater, including 1000 hours in submersibles, the series was the most watched program in 2017 with 14.1 million viewers!

Having the right dive kit doesn't only make your diving safer, it saves you money in the long run. We believe in selling equipment that has been tried and tested over all of the years we've been diving, so our advice isn't something you can just read in a magazine, or on a dive shop web site, it's based on many years of diving and looking after customers.

So whether you're just starting or looking to get into twinset or rebreather diving, or want to take diving up as a career and need some advice, or even looking for some new options for rigging up your kit, pop in for a coffee and a chat - we're here to  look after you!
