HSE SCUBA

The HSE SCUBA diving certificate is an approved diving qualification under the Diving at Work Regulations 1997. The possession of which is a legal requirement in the UK to undertake any commercial diving activity. This is the first step in that process, and allows you to partake in Media, Scientific and Archaeological, Shellfish and certain Inland/Inshore diving operations.

We are the only HSE Diver Competence Assessment Organisation in Wales, and one of only 8 in the UK. With our specialist understanding, we make an emphasis on the Media diving sector and the challenges that arise under those types of operations. You will learn to use a variety of equipment, including Full Face Masks (OTS Guardian, AGA Divator, Exo 26 etc.), through water and hard wire communication systems, line signals, and recompression chamber operation.
